Alright, I think I should re-state that a little bit.
I like girls if they are cute, that doesn't mean they have to necessarily be 'little.'

Personality is most important to me. I don't really care a whole lot whether they have huge tits, or look extremely cute. Mind+Personality>Body+Looks. (Ofcourse, they can't be ugly like poo poo either.)

A girl with melon tits but peanut brain who thinks of nothing but trying to get you to have sex with her, or is a clumsy fool who can't walk out the door without tripping over (2 somewhat typical stereotypes in anime, although my examples may be more exaggerated) is not something that appeals to me.

Neither is a super cute little kiddie who is just there to be annoying, and piss everyone off (also pretty common).
