Its all right.

The font should be blue to match the theme itself as well as the clock.
The background is too much for the theme, so it looks like crowded too much going on. Maybe a plain Halo 3 background with the logo a lot of black in it etc. Would make the theme look awesome.

Love the sound bar! nice!
