According to the code of the CTF compiler, only the preview icon, preview background and month colour is taken from the PTF.

Sorry, haven't used this, so dunno where you'd put the wallpaper.

CXMB 3.1 suports wallpaper,.. just add it in sony ptf theme manager when you make your ptf file,.. for use in Red Squirrel's manager,. :)
