The error (Cyclic Redundancy Check) AKA: CRC is due to the CRC information getting lost and/or is corrupted. File on disc drive > cable > port on computer > i/o control software > memory in computer at any one of these points the data is getting corrupted. I use Teracopy, it is a great program that does CRC checks before copying the file doing this will insure for file is copied correctly, and if it is not Treacopy lets you skip the file and continue with the rest of the files. If you get a CRC error like this with explore it just stops.

Note: Do not use the beta version.
