Help finding a 3.90m33 paf editor

I have tried finding a paf editor that works on 3.90 but no luck.Now I know Custom XMB Editor works with 3.80 and people say they are compatible but when I tried editing a theme and then compressing it as a 3.80 and then flashing it to my psp I ended up bricking.Can anybody out there help me?
