to make things as simple as can be
in hexworkshop press <ctrl-G> to go to offset, then set the type to hex and put in the number from the first column.  That will put your cursor on that offset.  Now look in the bottom left frame of hexworkshop and you will see a 32bit Float line.  The number to the right is your value.  Double click it and you can set it to what you want.
