i was browsing around like you do and I came across this

the guy is claiming that the program allows you to create a Pandora setup on a PSP with OFW 3.90

heres a quote from the README

Requirements:
-PSP running 3.90 M33 or 3.90 M33-2 or Sony Official Firmware 3.90
-A spare psp battery.

1. Copy 'PSP' Folder to root of memory stick
2. Run Pandora Installer 3xxr3 from "Network > Go!Messenger" on your PSP.
3. Make your pandora battery by pressing O
4. Press Triangle to exit.

I do not take copyright of anything i just made this work on any 3.90 firmware
that's all.

I don't have the balls to try this out :D
