The interest rate for banking E-Pigs is 5% a day, which has the effect of doubling one's fortune in about 15 days.

Also, as some of you guys know, some people at the start of the introduction of the E-Pig money system took advantage of a bug and got themselves extremely rich.

The most expensive item in MyPlaza is the Moon, which is permanently sold out, meaning then most expensive item is now a storm (the name change not included, since u can do that for free), which costs a measly 25 E-Pigs.

25 E-Pigs can easily be accumulated in less than 5 minutes by making a few posts.

If wee would translate that to a real world situation, that would be something like (random example) everyone being billionaires who get interest of $50million paid out every day. And with minimal wage of $50,000 per hour...

Sounds a bit screwed up to you? Well, yes. And that's what the EP economy is like currently.

People are just hoarding up E-Pigs with no way of using them all up, and the already rich are getting 5,000-10,000 E-Pigs in interest every day, which alone, is more money that he/she can probably use up all together.

Now that's ridiculous. I think wee should introduce some ways of controlling this, if i would say so, completely "fucked up" economy.

Some ideas that come to mind currently are:

1) Reducing the insanely high interest rate. Maybe abolishing interest rate all together.
2) Do something to even out the wealth a bit, Something like a how the reputation (randomness) is now calculated. A one shot alteration.
3) Introduce some money sinks so the extremely rich can do something with the money. Something like what the Sun was back then when it was still there.
4) increasing the prices of inventory to balance it with income.


Ok guys. What do you think... Don't you think it's time wee fixed this up a little? (maybe it's already beyond repair...)

I think a RELATIVE increase in prices would be cool...

But I think there is a lack of Items, it would be nice to have a Premium Selection to choose 1 or 2 from ^^

1) can always abolish interest rate all out.
2) So you think that someone with 200,000 E-Pigs and getting 10,000 in interest every day is fine? When the most prestigious item currently still available is only worth 25 E-Pigs? I think it's screwed up.

4) There are 2 problems wee're facing, one of which is the prices too low in comparison to the income, which this method can stop. The other one is that some people have already hoarded up too much money, and if wee were to increase the prices to compensate for this, it would screw over everyone else. So they will have to be dealt separately, like method 2 and 3.
