when the rep race finishes, wee minus the initial amount from the final amount.
so its basically like wee are all starting from zero.
e.g.
dedat:  5
boogs:  3.873
diego:   6.4031

and heres a made up results post

dedat: 8 - 5                      =3
boogs: 7.873 - 3.873       =4
diego: 11.4031 - 6.4032  =5

so no one is advantaged or disadvantaged when wee begin, wee are all even.
