It's basically the same for 3.7x, just a few files are different is all. The only important thing you need to do is make sure you can see both hidden and system files.

Follow the tutorial in this thread like UncertainGod said it's all basically the same,

As for the hidden files just make sure   "Show hidden files and folders"   is selected,

Just make sure you backup your PSP flash0 to your PC before you start over writing it,

In almost all cases, the theme will have to be converted from 3.5x to 3.7x.  If you are unsure of how to do it, you can ask someone to do it for you.
