the image deletion bug was from slow fade out ,Bstronga fixed that before and in the new common gui i didnt touch these values yet.

the (common_gui.prx)Final Beta 3,71 M33.rar made by gsmoke in the theme is not good exists 2 bars

This is small fix for the theme settings , now both infobars are overlayed.
Sysconfig_plugin.rco - Insert in the second infobar blank image.
