I see no rules about brushes

lol I was just kidding. . . since I find using filters, some brushes, and other stuff that didnt come with the PS when installed is sorta cheating. . . .LOL

my tag was made using ALL defaults, after installing Vista, I installed PS and made the tag. . . (even windows font!)

i think hes just joking..he uses brushes too...just the default ones lol

if i showed u the set u could see that i worked for it, that background is made up of 30+ different shapes, and alot of the shapes u see r compound shapes, i used the brushes to build the negative space than the wand to cut it out + i had to build it all vertical then rotate it 180 caues that's the way the brushes went
