Here you got the 3.71 M33 version of Undertaxxx most downloaded XMB.

oh edit the paf.prx so the non-focused icons are the same size as the focused

I needed to set the shadow images to 0 then it displayed right with your reccomendation. but as the edit says, now the icons need moved to the bottom, and the internet and setting icons won't load.

So I guess this is the best I can get right now.

get your Vshmain , and any hex editor i recomend HexWorkshop and go to offset 0x4092C ,then try to set something like -100 on the float. then you gonna have your icons in the bottom.

Yea slowly. Im not too great at this so im doing good imo since it's the first theme ive ever actually worked on...

But overall, i think it's comming along nicely :)
