RE: M33 News Statement
yeah , but is that wrong to base something on some elses work, is it wrong to improve upon it, i mean m33 -4 is so far one the best cfw's, but if someone comes out with another that's better than the last,I'm gonna try it, if i don't like it then back to m33-4. where did m33 get there source code???

RE: M33 News Statement
well if they took the m33 CFW and just modified it and call it their own that's illegal so M33 wanted to do some tests to see if it was theirs or made from AOP.

RE: M33 News Statement
ok, so did m33 take dark_alex's cfw and modify it, if they did ,then that's illegal, unless dark_alex gave them the ok, don't get me wrong i am agains't theft, but if they didn't have a patent, then what can they do???if they put a patent on it, then it wouldn't be free any longer

RE: M33 News Statement
M33's work was a continuation of D_A's, I believe the first M33 CFW was a reverse engineer which is fine, then D_A gave them a few pointers as to how he did things which enabled them to do the ultimate shinyness that they do now.
