Nope. Not at all. They're actually completely different architectures nowadays.
At one point in time many CISC instructions were simply translated into RISC instructions
by the Assembler (kinda like pseudo-instructions), but now most CISC instructions
are supported directly by the hardware. Built into the computer.

koool, but idk ASM =( and i will just learn if after php. i want to learn VB, C++, C, HTML, PHP before 15 years old, im 14 and i know C, HTML, Not too much about C++, some PHP, i know VB, but not all VB.
