PPSSPP all depends on your hardware and graphics card. Definitely different performances every time, so that might be your issue. They do look a little grey and blurry don't they?
Also I can totally install 6.39 PRO-C on permanent 6.39ME to play Type-0 with Inferno and then reboot after to be back on 6.39ME. This is so sweet.

Just found out it's a bug on the stable version (v0.9.8)
The issue has been fixed on the latest automated builds
EDIT: Dammit it has the full screen bug again...

The LME bug it's fixed now they just uploaded the wrong build XD.

It sure is... When i was searching for answers it was worse on the earlier build it only showed stick shadows of the characters XD
