Nope no misunderstanding,  I just wanted to point out that I had personally checked before listing them.  As all these reports on the net of whitehouse.gov and fbi.gov going down obviously were not checked before being reported on.

&^^ me 3,.. people aren't aloud to upload there back-ups anymore,.. also fudge the commercial industries, things they do to sell you stuff and now they are gone cry about people sharing files,.. $$ if a movie is really great i had buy the blu-ray anyway,.. there just so many poo poo out there that can't be justified either,..

Isn't there a thing where you are not held responsible for things your users do such as upload illegal files?

Cause seriously, anybody can walk up to a computer pick your site and upload something.

Mega Upload even delete's those files, so it's not like they are about pirating... and there wee go case closed.
