I have. I've got a book on a college chem professor that the government used to cook drugs for this specific thing too to help determine the effects that drugs such as LSD and ecstasy had on people. Also, watch the movie Conspiracy Theory. It has Mel Gibson in it and is all about this.

The book isn't blatantly funny like the film (which I haven't read, by the way, I just heard about it) and it's based on true stories.

I bumped into Project MKULTRA while reading up on the topics the book/film discuss and yeah, interesting but not surprising.

I only read the Wikipedia article. It was interesting... Especially the Frank Olson case.

i read somewhere about a case that during project mkulta they took a unidentified 7-9 year old female and through a combination of lsd, sensory deprivation, and electro shock, were able to erase all here memories and reduce here to the intelligence of a newborn..... that's pretty bad
