I have:
C++ 2008,2010
Minimalist PSPSDK 2011-05-18

Can any one tell me how to start making prx?

I have some knowledge about C++.

There's a competition at wololo.net currently, there are people entering their prx "plugins", you could head over there and see if you can get any help from someone. ~( . _ . )~
