Well there are plenty of cfw's to choose from and 620TN-E works kinda the same as 638TN-A,. the people who would really benefit from this new 638TN are the people with a PSP-3000/PSP-GO with a 635+ OFW installed,.. they could go to 638ofw and use this new 638TN-A HEN,..

I think 6.38 TN-A HEN is better than 6.38 ME Full CFW...

-aloader v1.25 doesn't work :(
-CXMB works
-all homebrew should work,. 638TN is a homebrew enabler ;)
-prometheus iso loader doesn't work either :(
