To revive this, can anyone find japanese voices and english subs for Shin Chan? tpb has a big torrent with the english dub but ew.

Depends on the dub for me. However I know that all childerns anime that aired on TV are horrible for reasons beyond the already bad voice acting.

Uh, why Ge may not be reading this, something that should be mentioned. But if you get DVD rips, there is usually dual audio allowing selection between english and japanese voice. In 2 cases, I've seen fansubbers include their own english subs (along with the official) to match better with the japanese voice.
I'm getting tired now so I think I'll stop for now.
