I'm having this problem as well. PSP 3001, 6.35 PRO, Latest CXMB, and the 6.35 CTF attached on the first page. The theme loads properly, and everything works fine except the CXMB is displaying most of the options (Internet Browser, PSN Account, Camera, etc) under the wrong label.

Settings has everything in the right place. Photo only has 'Digital Comics' on it. Music has 'Camera' and 'Memory Stick' (for images). Video has 'Music Unlimited,' 'SensMe,' and 'Memory Stick' (for music). Game has 'Memory Stick' (for video). And so on.

Unsure if this problem is with 6.35 Pro, CXMB, or the 3rd Birthday CTF, but figured I'd give you all the heads up.

Put cxmb.prx in ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx
Create a txt file, the path is ms0:/plugins/vsh.txt
The text in vsh.txt is "ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1", without the quotes
Put .CTF files in ms0:/psp/theme

After that enter one game and exit, than goto setting-theme setting-theme will see ctf theme list. selected and it will restart vsh auto, than you can see effect :)
