Lol, random guess. Implement, emulate, same thing if you ask me. Maybe a simple "emulator", but I'd still consider Wine to be an emulator.

u can run it using wubi installer u won't have to partition anythinhg then
or u can alternately download the live cd burn it n run it

ubuntu has very low system specs...you're just used to blubbery windows :P

wine works decently well. Got flash 8, dreamweaver, and photoshop CS2 running on ubuntu with wine. It's no substitute for a real windows system though....especially where games are concerned, but it works!

Ubuntu ran perfectly even with beryl and kiba dock on my laptop: 2.4GHz P4, 512 MB of ram, intel graphics poo poo.
