Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I'm trying to get my ps2 to work with OPL using SMB, I tried setting it up the router way but it just won't work. Does the router have to be compatible or should any work? Can anyone point me to any tutorials or help walk me through setting it up? I have a slim Ps2, thanks guys.

i think they sell a separate disc to set up the internet connection? you can probably grab an iso from somewhere else.

I could never get the PS2s networking to work. V_V [it never helped that almost all ADSL home connections came with USB modems in Tenerife >_>]
