Does Minefield actually give any performance (or other) improvements over regular 32bit Firefox?

its compatible with windows 7 taskbar, meaning each tab appears as a seperate thing on the icon...
the addons manager is a lot better, though as it is a nightly built kind of browser it can be a bit tempremental at times.

The tabs thing sounds like it could be useful.  I might consider trying it, or maybe wait for Firefox 4 first, which shouldn't be too long now.
