Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
So someone suggested that I watch this. I've never heard of this but I'm willing to give it a shot. Any of you seen it yet?

RE: Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
A few here have seen it.  Sensei being one of the ones I remember.

I haven't seen it, but from I heard, it's supposed to be decent.  (But I bet I'm not the only one who thinks that stuff looks really loli?)

If you want a recommendation from me, I say go watch Code Geass.

RE: Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
My review is here: http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...p?tid=8454 - since then the third season had finished.

It's a story masterpiece, it's extreme at times and as it progresses gets more and more engaging... stuff I rarely see in anime because most serious anime tend to be extravagantly boring and predictable. So yeah, highly recommended.

RE: Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
Very nice review. I always find it hard to find an anime that really makes me want to watch more of it so hopefully this'll be worth the 11 GB. Just wondering but should I get the OVA as well? Someone told me that's all the third season really is.

A bunch of OVAs yeah... I wouldn't really count it towards your view on the anime - from what I've seen of it (not seen it all as of yet).

I've seen it plus I've read some of the VN, it's really messed up but I reckon that's one of it's highlights.
I recommend you watch it.

Well the horror/terror genre of pretty much everything is usually my favorite. I assume I'll enjoy this.

RE: Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
I've heard good things about it too and considered watching...
I'll probably add it in with the rest of the pile of anime I have downloaded but yet to watch

I seem to be in the pattern of look up an anime download it
look up an anime think it's better download it, forget about first anime

I'm at the point where there is a lot of unwatched anime on my hard drive, but I'm still downloading more even as wee speak X.x

but this is definitely one of the ones I've wanted to watch for a while now

RE: Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni
:/ I'm sad to say I don't like it... I'd probably like it if I didn't watch Endless Eight.

after the fourth episode the story restarts and I'm like...

and then after the eighth episode the story restarts and I'm like...

and so on and so on... because of that I never got to finish the series.
