I don't follow the MK Canon as closely as I do other videogame canon, but from what I've heard, Johnny Cage seems to be the bastard child of MK - The devs acknowledge his presence, and then continually have him die as part of plot.
Am I on track, or grossly misinformed? Either way, take out the hate for the tattoo by using him as fatality practice.
