i been having anxiety attacks as of lately

they suck (feels like a heart attack)

i think it has been stemming from stress
also my beard didnt help

id get frustrated with my beard and it itching or getting in the way
or in my mouth when ever i tried to eat

so it finally got to and i hacked it off

i also lost a $25 dollar bet :C

i didnt last the year like i planned

Well with a beard that huge from 6 months can you imagine how GIANT it would be if it was a year old?

i havent had one yet, but then again it hasn't even been an hour yet.

they won't go away, but they should be less frequent
