I see it changes all the time. I've changed it once in the last year or so, and it was just now.

Who else changes it? Do you do it regularly?
I know even guest have the power to do it, I wonder if they change it more than registered users.

I guess the people who took the time to make the banner also change it.

If anyone has a hankering or liking for a particular banner and/or board name, they change it. I remember a time when me and Grey Ghost were battling over it, him changing it to "eight (plus one) patapons" and me to "Exploding Pirates".
