want to try BSD
do you think i should? ive been doing some research on it for a while now, and i really want to try it. any thoughts/suggestions?

on the one hand, if i try it now, ill have to learn a whole new operating system,
but on the other hand, if i wait to try it till debian releases the bsd version, i won't have to learn much, as all the standard debian packages that i already am very familiar with will be included, but i could be waiting a long time...

RE: want to try BSD
You won't really need to learn a new OS.  Most of the Unix-like OSes are quite similar, at least as far as the interface is concerned.
