that ussually happens when pictures are feathered or have color transparentcy in them... Gif can't handle color transparentcy...

My advice is to recrop all the photos with hard edges... Or use a different program to make gifs...

My Thoughts: Something with a santa sack, wearing santa-themed costume; character has to be female (bewbs), may have a short skirt on, and possibly has a short hairstyle. I see what might be hair-ribbon, too.
My guess: Haruhi in santa garb, carrying a santa sack. (Years of exposure to finicky examiners forces me to include that.)
