Only possible if it was made like gtalcs (all text was in a notepad editable file...)
Open an iso of it and try opening files with notepad...

Unfortunately you'll have to translate it yourself though...


I've gota VN called "Soleil" for psp (IT GOT'S TIT'S! ) and it's made out of a-bunch of videos, so all I'd have to do is convert the video's re-sub them and then reconvert them, and then compact them back into the iso
