If you smoke pot, smoke a little bit. It will help with your appetite, and your flem. How it will help with your appetite is obvious, but its a little known fact that marijuana is a natural expecorant. The best way to smoke when your sick though is either with a vaporizer or a bong with an ice catcher or just ice in the water.

I just remembered, you could also take some tea of your choosing, and use that instead of water in your bong. Its a really nice change for when your not feeling your best.
