Interesting.

In 1st picture, it's possible to actually mistake you for a girl, but you need more breasts (you should've worn a push-up bra).

But I was sort of expecting a more... girly?... uniform.  I mean that doesn't look too different to what guys would wear, besides for the skirt.

Too much anime influence?
At old school, girls' and boys' uniforms were pretty much the same except for choice of skirt.  At last school I went to, the only difference was that girls wore white and boys wore blue.  There was an optional tie which was different but hardly anyone bothered wearing it.
Haven't really seen rather "girly" uniforms.

Lol, nice pics - thanks for posting!

Depends on the school.  For most public schools here, the uniform is pretty much just a shirt or jumper, exactly the same for boys and girls.  But some of the private school uniforms are more extravagant (my brother's uniform set cost like $500+), and different - not anime level different, but different enough so that you could never mistake a girls uniform for a guys.

His school uniform looks "private school like" though.

Nah, looks fairly basic.  Only expensive private schools have really extravagant uniforms from what I've seen, though I don't know that much about these schools anyway.  Cheaper ones still have fairly basic uniforms.

Looks like a typical private school uniform here.

Much more complicated than my uniform back then (which was just a shirt with a logo on it, and a jumper for winter).  My high school (a pretty typical public school) didn't require anyone to wear uniform though, so noone did.

My brother's uniform is way extravagant.

Yes, his school has a wiki entry. O.o

The school uniform that hearty's wearing looks like normal uniform here and when I went to a private school the uniform there didn't look much different from my current school's one.
