well xbox people go on and on about the ps3 not having any exclusives or good games. Actually-

Disgaea 3
Metal Gear Solid 4
Killzone 2
InFamous
Resistance 2
Valkyria Chronicles
LittleBigPlanet

and coming-
Gran Turismo 5
God Of War 3
some other game can't remember the name fully MARS or something, looked great anyway

+Blu ray looks great and has a much bigger storage area than dvd
xbox has now copied the xmb menu
great for multimedia purposes
more stable
has some great games lined up for it. all ive seen for xbox at the moment is Halo ODST
which looks pretty damn good.
However i have quite a bias here so don't go listening to me...

yeah a number (but not all) xboxers hold the old myths against the PS3. such as the above, or that you don't need a blu-ray player in it. i think the FF XIII disc problem is proof of the opposite lol xD either way, our opinions don't matter, its yours that decides it.

Well i got my 360 for 20$ (long story) but i haven't really been tempted to go get a ps3 because you already have many multi-platform releases like tales of vesperia ('tev at the ps3 version), BlazBlue, eternal sonata, Final Fantasy XIII, Street fighter IV, and other japanese released games. You also have the big burly american games like ODST, Halo 3, Gears of War, and such.

Therefore, all these games should keep you entertained for a LONG time; the ps3 exclusives are good and the xbox 360 ones are good as well. Both are entertaining and there's really no reason to go get the other when you're ALREADY occupied with the respective consoles games.

My verdict? The PS3 is a good system overall than the 360, but if you're a poor guy like me for the reasons sparker outlined; the 360 would be the definite choice.

The arcade (which i have) is totally playable and great, i don't need a wireless (i use my laptop for that), i don't need the extra gimmicks (i have a flipping computer, come on); all i need is gaming and multimedia (attach a usb HD): the xbox 360 delivers all this at a pretty good price.

P.S. Amazingly enough I've been pretty satisfied with 256mb card, i guess because i only use it for saves >_>

Screw consoles. PC > everything. I hardly play games anyway, I use the PSP way more as a media playing device than a game playing device.
