Except that there's none of those strange fetishes are in Clannad OR Kanon (Save more maybe loli in Kanon). They're not banning the whole hentai scene altogether they're just banning things with... well read the list >_>

I 99.99999% doubt that. Even if the article specifically stated it, I'd still doubt that (more likely the author misinterpreted and/or made a typo it than it being true). Like what's wrong with 2 schoolgirls talking to each other? Nothing. So logic dictates that it will not be included in the ban. Also because 95%+ of eroge have 2 school girls talking to each other. That may as well be banning all eroge.

Lets look at the reasoning behind, thus objective of the ban. Supposedly, it's because feminists are bitching about some of the stuff that happens in some of these eroges. Are feminists bitching about 2 schoolgirls talking to each other? obviously not. So it does not match the objective.

Lastly, look at it in a political view. Would a law banning media with 2 schoolgirls talking to each other ever be passed? I say about as likely as a law that says I should be given a free castle armed with laser beams and missiles and some nuclear bombs too in case there's more threat than the other weaponry can deal with.
