so i lay in bed for 2 hours trying to get to sleep and it doesn't work

Hahahahahaha,  I've been up for 3 hours before.  Now I listen to music (thanks to the PSP) while trying to sleep - it helps :)

well u could try studying at night wen i don't get sleep n want to sleep i just take my text book
and read n answer and within 5 mins im asleep

Plenty of al-kee-hol helps too.  Life is always better when you don't know what's going on.

weed used to help me, don't do it anymore, a couple of glasses of wine suffice...

When I can't sleep, I usually eat food until I'm absolutely full, it help me sleep.

i usually never sleep 'tll like 3am from chilling and rolling out to the track. food helps when i CAN'T sleep i usually go to a carls jr to get like a gripload of chicken sandwiches and ranch and a lot of barbecue sause and hot sause then i can sleep
