Im  amazed now My PsP , is not acepting none of the waves ,
i change it and nothing hapens O_0 , somebody please help.

Are you changing them through Recovery Menu or VSH Menu ?

From the recovery menu , trough flash0 access , im amazed , old school style....
something really bugy is going on with My PSP.

Edit : if they work for you , then it must be my psp , i smell reflashing.

Yeah, I've tried several from the pack, and they have all worked so far.

by using rcotools cli tool, it will not has problem on any of wallpaper settings.
rcoedit seems has problem on this.

if anyone has interest on rcotools converted ones, i will upload tomolo..
