_1337_psper_ has been around since 2005 in the hacking scene. However he has never released any of his programs before.

Details of this emulator were rather skecthy. The emulator is supported by all PSP models (expect for the 3000 model which is yet to be hacked).
The emulator treats the PSP's memory card like a PS2 memory card.
The bios loads just fine, if a little laggy.
Alot of games don't boot and those that do boot run at about 5% of the actual frame skip.

_1337_psper_ says "Wee can almost not guarantee that this will be made into a full working emulator. It may seem impossible from the hardware but wee'll our best."

every app for the psp so far i have known treats the PSP memory card, as a PSP memory card.
