I've lost yet another piece of expensive  portable electronics. this time its my MP3 player. I left it on the bus on the way home from school (i think). I've looked  up and down the street from the bus stop to my house, around the house and in all my pockets/bag and its nowhere to be seen...

I just tried phoning the bus company on their recruitment line (the only number i could find) but no one is picking up so i looked for an email address. The companies website (Veolia Cymru) is sparesly populated to say the least and an address was nowhere to be found. eventually i found one on the local council website and I've now sent an email to the bus company asking for a telephone number.

oh well... wish me luck...

I was doing exactly that (Passive - A Perfect Circle, i seem to remember) . Its just that when i put my headphones back into the case i must've put the mp3 player down on the seat next to me and forgotten to pick it up as i left.

Oh well, I'll go off now to charge up my old one that only works when it wants to...

I'm used to losing/breaking stuff so its no biggie. At least now i have a job and loads of free time to fill with work over the coming holidays to pay for a new one. I used the MP3 player as a big memory stick as well so it was full of all kinds of other spoon.

The only thing that will be difficult to replace are some band rehearsals I recorded on Wednesday. I still have a copy on the computer i recorded on but i can only get to the computer at certain times of the day and if i have a plausible reason. Its located in a hidden away stockroom deep within my school. The music teacher is very protective of it and only lets you in when there are no lessons in the surrounding rooms in case you make too much noise. The only reason i was able to use it on wednesday was because the teacher was off sick and had left the room unlocked...
