thus this means the price of gas is to rise everyday.

the price of gas has jumped up dramatically in the last few years, record breaking price jumps.


So begs the question, how much is cost of a gallon of gas where you live?
and for you euorpean people what's the price of a liter? (i think that's what you guys go by)

About $1.60 Australian per litre.

Australian currency is almost the same as the US currency these days, so it probably shouldn't be too much difference. Maybe equivalent of something like US$1.50-1.55?

at the moment its about £1.20 per litre, and im up north. people nearer to london will have a higher price. that's £4.55 per gallon which is about $9.10 per gallon.
that's is all using the US gallon.
US gallon = 3.79 litres
imperial gallon = 4.55 litres

hmmm... 1US Gallon = 3.78541178 liters

That means over here, it's approx ... AUS$6 per gallon.

poo poo, that's a lot worse than the US.

But then you look at England. That's equiv of something like $2.2 per liter (compared to $1.6 here).

Englad has a stupid percentage tax on the gas prices. (somewhere in the region of 60+%)
then theres truckers strikes so theres hardly any gas left. a petrol station in my town had to close down cause they had none left.
