downloaded this as a certain site had a high number of leachers for this, so it got me curious! Anyone seen this series? I'm halfway done and found it to be ok. Its quite fun actually!

The storyline evolves around Gene Starwind (the lead, always looking to score with women, the tpical reckless but caring hero!), Jim Hawking (I think htat guy is like his adopted bro.. an ace with mechanics and tech!) and Melfina (an human bio-android) and their adventures across the space...

Awesome series.
One of my top Animes.

When the series aired in America, they did not play a particular episode because of nudity (it was a hot springs episode). I downloaded and watched it anyway :). That episode was important because it also explained the background of Gene's weapon, the Castor Gun, and the shells that go along with it.

I don't think I saw that ep, thought I would have, having gotten what I thought was the entire series. Must have been taken from Cartoon network, can't remember. Got to find it, I still have no idea what the story behind his gun is.

well you all will be happy to know then that the series has been remastered for HD.. so you can grab it where ever you grab stuff from!

The group goes to the vacation world Tenrei so Gene can look for Caster shells. Due to the amount of fanservice and nudity, this was the only episode not to be aired on Toonami in the US.
