is anyone know how to lower the size of the picture or a icon because my icons is very heavy for my theme

like lower the size to 355 to 250 or somethings lower than it without blurring it

open them in photostop
press ctrl+t either hold shift and diagonally resize or enter the size at the top.

keeping the aspect ratio while resizing, won't blur it.

oh ok. the word your looking for is compress, or change file size.
