edit the second delay in the anim data sound in opening_plugin.rco for a 7 second bootsound.

using rco editor edit this

pic is for an 8 sec bootsound. Edit it to 7000 or a little higher or lower to make the sound work out for you.

But it's not working. If I start the psp I can only hear the original sound.
