Even if you wait its unlikely you'll be a mod. You need to have good web etiquette, be a respectable member in the community, loyal the forum rules and the ability to handle the way other members act correctly.

ive been a mod about 2 times but its an annoying job to deal with the general public, that's why i resigned from both

and besides, being a mod is a J_O_B; its work, you have to come visit the site, monitor, and deal with people on your own free time i can't see why so many people want to be mods (yet about 80% arent cut out to be mods anyway)

i respect you guys for keeping your positions :P
