the Yellow CAUTION Icon at the bottom is the reason why.

if you configured your Firewall and Router properly, and use Azureus Vuze with Ono (only if you have plenty of RAM), you can top off your Line Speed.

That can probably be answered by the fact BitTorrent Inc. OWNS uTorrent. They must be fully utilizing the uTorrent Core now.
