Puth all plugins OFF before you flash anything. And for center the posotion you can do that in the topmenu_plugin.rco. Go to page Data and than Plan_Optionmenu and set the W from the stretch to 0.8

Here a fix for use with big icons than you have not to edit that Plan_Optionmenu in topmenu_plugin.rco.
