[Release]RsPsarDumper 3.3
I have modded Red Squirell's Psar dumper to now decrypt the 3.95 eboot.
All credit goes to Red Squirell because without the application this mod wouldn't work.
Now for you Ps1 users you can now have the new Ps1 features from 3.95 inside 3.90 M33/3.93CFW.
Mod Edit

This release isn't from you! You did not anything except modifying the README to modify credits!!!
The actual modder is the unknown creator of 3.93 CF...

Yes that will work too, not sure if theirs does exactly the same and if it decrypts the reboot.bin but this one does.
They rushed theirs out in too much of a hurry and didn't make the 3.95 CFW first.

RE: [Release]RsPsarDumper 3.3
Well it decrypted all the 3.93 and 3.95 files no problem for me *once i had sufficient free space* LOL
But bad news for themeing...the 3.95 paf and vshmain have all the offsets moved around again :( GRRR
hmrmmm...why doesn't popsloader see any of the prx i added from 3.93 or 3.95??

That will require a new popsloader plugin version. Unless DA has changed the way that the plugin sees and loads plugins only the ones that it is programmed to see will be able to be used, just like with the version for 3.71, it was only programmed to see up to 3.80, because that was the only OFW that was more current than the CFW at the time the plugin was released.
