3.93 Custom Firmware Update 2

Code: 
- correction of the "bug of Select". This bug was announced by all the users: when the Sony keyboard was posted, while supporting on Select, that freeze comforts it. That was corrected.
- suppression of the utility of Safeguard Deciphered of HellCat. We thank HellCat for his work, for certain reasons (mainly of license), it was decided to remove the utility.

PSP 1.5 got on USA first day is was 1.5 till  Xmas 2006 now 4.01 M33 » 5.00 M33-6(with the 1.50 addon)
It a good idea to have "Hide extensions  for known file types" in Folder Options(under Tool) unchecked (turn on extensions)
