hi. wee can change value from 0-1, so does it mean the value for RGB 0-255 proportional to 0-1?

Yeap.  Basically, in RGB hex:
0x00 = 0.0, 0xFF(255) = 1.0, 0x80(128) = 0.5 :)

I have been looking and looking and looking at the vhs in HEX.
And i can't make heads or talis of it.

its not a "special" red just set channel green and blue to 0.

so i just have to flash the file after rename ?
